Refund Policy

We take great care to ensure the quality and authenticity of every piece. However, if there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

  1. Damaged or Defective Items:

    • If your jewellery arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
    • Email us at wecare@chnagefashionuae.com with your order details and photos/videos of the item.
    • Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
  2. Wrong Item Received:

    • If we’ve sent you an incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours, and we’ll ensure the correct item is sent or issue a refund if unavailable.

Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.


Exchange Policy

We want you to love every piece of jewellery you own. If you change your mind or prefer another design, we offer easy exchanges.

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item.
  • The jewellery must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and certificates intact.

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Customised or personalised jewellery.
  • Earrings, for hygiene and safety reasons.

How to Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email wecare@chnagefashionuae.com with your order details and the item you wish to exchange.
  2. Return the Item:
    • Send the item to our store address: 
    • Shop # 2 & 3, Al Marija Street, P. O. Box 2076 Sharjah UAE
    • Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  3. Select Your Replacement: Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll assist you in choosing your new piece.

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part.
